At Jali Finance, we are also making a significant contribution to climate action through our financing of electric motorcycles. Each electric motorcycle financed reduces approximately 5 tons of CO₂ emissions annually, translating into 25 tons of CO₂ emissions avoided over its estimated five-year lifespan. By supporting the transition from conventional fuel-powered motorcycles to clean electric mobility, Jali Finance is helping to improve air quality, reduce carbon emissions, and advance Rwanda’s environmental sustainability goals. Through this initiative, we are not only creating economic opportunities but also generating measurable environmental impact for communities and future generations.

To bring financial services closer to communities across Rwanda, we have continued expanding our branch network nationwide. In 2025, over USD 1 million was invested in our Kayonza Branch, which was officially inaugurated in March 2026 after already serving more than 1,000 clients. The branch has improved access to asset financing, enabling individuals and small businesses to acquire productive assets, generate income, and create employment opportunities.
Through our growing presence across the country, we have financed thousands of assets and positively impacted thousands of lives by supporting entrepreneurship, job creation, and financial inclusion. Building on this success, we are now preparing for regional expansion, with plans to enter the Kenyan market in the near future and extend its impact across East Africa.
We’ve introduced new products to expand our reach and serve a larger community.
Through our Taxi Lease Program, we enable individuals to acquire vehicles for commercial taxi operations without the burden of large upfront capital requirements. The program creates sustainable income opportunities by empowering drivers and entrepreneurs to build profitable transport businesses while serving their communities.
We introduced Fuel Loans to ensure that our clients can continue operating their businesses without interruption during periods of financial constraint. By providing timely fuel financing, we help clients maintain their daily income streams, meet customer demand, and sustain business growth. Our fuel loans are accessed through our JALIKOI App.
